Ok, she told me to make my goal doable, measurable, and repeatable. This will be the kick starter to turn things around and get out of this funk.
Ok, I can do this. Ok, make a list of things you’ve been thinking about that would be a good way to start the day.
Ok, here goes.
Grounding, Cat Cow, greeting the sun, tumeric shot, flushing out my lymph nodes, yoga, meditation, journaling (like you are going to start now?), walk around the block, dry brushing, hip openers.
This is dumb. Maybe it’s why you haven’t started yet. They all need to be done, so none of them get done. I’ll just do 10 minutes on Instagram then maybe just pick one. Or two. I probably need to do all of these.
Anyone else talk to themselves this way?
