Ok, just get the dang cardio done first. The PT said I had to do 10 minutes on the bike to get warmed up, but I hate this part. I just want to get to the lifting part. My knee feels fine, and I think I can do pretty much everything I could before surgery.
But 10 minutes is that much time I don’t have to get my legs back into shape. I mean, honestly, they weren’t that huge to begin with since I’m more about arms and chest, but with it being Summer, I can’t be walking around with these bean stalks for legs.
I want to go to Nighthorse this weekend so I need to get this workout done before work today. This injury totally sucks. I just want to work, workout (on upper body, who am I kidding) and hang out with my friends.
