I did it. I walked 10,000 steps, ate a shit ton of protein, drank all the water I could, practiced patience, did my hip openers and flushed my lymph node areas, did 10 squats after each meal, ate my protein before the rest of it, limited screen time, was professional in my work emails even when I didn’t want to be, flossed and got to bed at a reasonable time. I did it.
No idea how people are able to do this bullshit everyday. If this is supposed to continue, I need more time in the day, less time working, more money to eat, and no annoying people to interact with. I am exhausted.
